Meet Nathan Sherman

You will always get personal service when working with me. I don’t work with with a team so you will never get handed off to a junior agent. My 35,000+ hours of experience of helping buyers and sellers will always be at your service.

I started my real estate career in 1994 when I turned my first home into a rental. One rental turned into two and soon I owned thirteen rentals. I became very familiar with the buying and selling process as a client before ever realizing I should be a real estate agent instead of a landlord.

In 2010 I joined Dunnigan Realtors and refocused my passion. Now I hunt for the perfect homes for my clients and use my extensive past corporate experience in brand management and marketing to make my listing stand out from the competition. With years of experience in project management and complex negotiations before becoming a Realtor I strive for the best results for my clients while making the process as smooth as possible.

With almost no personal advertising (you’ll never see my name on a bus bench, billboard or news paper ad) I’ve built my business through providing superior service and communication. The majority of my business is now past clients and referrals but I usually have time to take on new clients that find me in other ways as well. For many years I have consistently been in the top 1% production out of all Sacramento County agents.

Aside from real estate my passions are going to Yosemite, Tahoe and anywhere in the mountains. Hiking around Sacramento, up Half Dome and across the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim in a day. And most of all, I love traveling the world with my amazing wife.

I live in East Sac and love these amazing older homes here but I am happy to help my clients in whatever neighborhood they would like to live.
