431 Pico Way is a complete remodel by a regular group here in East Sac. They will be creating a home with around 2900 square feet and have not finalized a price yet, but I expect it to be in the $900,000 range.
I love Pico Way and the charm of this street. I look forward to seeing another great remodel out of these guys.
