I helped my investors purchase this property at 1457 47thStreet back in June last year. It was a small 2 bed, 1 bath home in a great Fab 40’s location in East Sac.
When they completed the construction it was a four bedroom plus a den, three and a half bath home. The demand was so high for this great home that we had it under contract months before the construction was completed.
We just closed the transaction after a bit of challenges with the loan and we are all happy to have completed this transaction.
