OK, I have been very busy and when that happens, my blog suffers. Apparently, I don’t even post about when I have a transaction close.
Back on February 26th my clients purchase this wonderful property at 1462 46th Street. This is a great location in the Fab 40’s with a large lot, a pool and a two car garage. The new owners will add on to the home and remodel it and make it the prefect home for them.
