OK, it sold a couple weeks ago but I had so much other stuff to post about that I didn’t say anything about it till now.
2619 Pinnacle View Drive is an amazing home up in the foothills past Auburn in the Winchester Country Club Estates. It belonged to clients of mine that bought a house in the Fab 40’s of East Sac last year. They added on and rebuilt that house and as the massive construction project drew to a close they were ready to sell their home in the hills.
