The annual Hair & Fashion Battle proves that exciting and experimental trends exist right here in Sacramento. The fifth annual battle takes place this Saturday, July 18, at Sacramento Scottish Rite Center.
A dozen of the Sacramento area’s premier salons, fashion studios and beauty schools will compete for prizes and recognition as the most innovative in hair styling, make-up or fashion design.
