I love it when I can listen to my clients and then truly deliver what they want in a home! A brick home with a large back yard was a top priority for them and for a while it didn’t look like a likely outcome. I had faith that we would find it if we were diligent and moved quickly when the opportunity came up. Sure enough, this great house came on the market and we pounced on it before anyone else could get it!
