Sutter Park Neighborhood Construction Moving Along…

Sutter Park Neighborhood Construction Moving Along…

Have you been paying attention to the development in Sutter Park Neighborhood? The construction is moving along nicely. They have the model homes framed in and the first release of homes have their foundations poured and they will probably start framing those homes soon too. The sales office is in place and should be ready to open in the coming weeks. They have already started the sales process with the first pre-approved buyers and word has gotten out all over East Sac as more buyers get in contract. It will be interesting to see how many units are pre-sold by the time they open the sales office. I’m guessing that it will be a decent amount. What’s your thoughts? How many do you think will be in contract before they even get the sales office...

Sutter Park Construction

Have you been watching the construction taking place in East Sac’s Sutter Park? Things are starting to happen in there and it’s going to get very exciting over the next few months! If you aren’t already on the builders list of pre-approved buyers for one of the homes you might get left out when they finally release them to the public. The list of eager buyers is long and I predict that these homes are going to go fast despite the premium prices they will be sold for. This shot is of the foundations for the Classic homes that will be on the corner of F and 53rd...

East Sac Fab 40’s 4th Of July Parade 2019

East Sac Fab 40’s 4th Of July Parade 2019

Posted by on Jul 2, 2019 in 4th of July, East Sac, Events, Fab 40's | 0 comments

Get ready to kick off the summer with hundreds of your favorite neighbors at the East Sac Fab 40’s 4th Of July Parade! Once again, the parade will start at 11:00 on 41st Street between J and M Street. The parade will do a big loop onto J Street, down 42nd Street, around Folsom Boulevard and then finish where it started on 41st Street. Then it will breakout into a large block party with live bands and people milling in the streets and visiting with their neighbors. When we call it a parade what we really mean is a bunch of festive neighbors ambling along together and a few people sitting on the sidewalks or front lawns watching the masses of revealers doing the slowest walk around the block as possible. There are usually more people in the parade than watching it so come out and join us. The weather this year is going to be perfect for being outdoors so I expect record levels of turnout this year. This will also be a great opportunity to have a block party and hang out with your neighbors so take advantage of a 4th of July that’s not over 100 degrees and get outside early and often on this amazing day! The Taste of East Sac 2019

Posted by on May 16, 2019 in East Sac, Events | 0 comments

We are a little over two months away from the Taste of East Sac 2019 and it’s time to save the date and purchase your advance tickets! I had to miss the event last year but I’m looking forward to being there this year and hanging out with all of my friends, past clients and neighbors this year. Saturday July 27th will be the 11th annual Taste of East Sac. It is once again going to be hosted at the Greek Orthodox Church at 600 Alhambra Blvd from 6:00 to 9:00. Over 40 local restaurants, wineries and breweries will be serving up a variety of their best food and drinks to over 500 neighbors and guests! Come out for the food, drink, music, silent auction and a great evening with your friends and neighbors. As with most great East Sac events, a complementary bike valet will be there if you prefer not to drive.                                              ...

East Sac Pops In The Park 2019

East Sac Pops In The Park 2019

One of my favorite East Sac Events in coming up quick with Pops in The Park 2019 starting on June 1st! Due to the upcoming water vault  project in McKinley Park we won’t have a concert there this year and instead East Portal Park will get to double up with two concerts this year. As usual, the music will be great, there will be plenty of food and drink vendors and even a free valet bike parking. The proceeds benefit local project and it’s a great way to spend the day lazing around with hundreds of your neighbors.  Concerts start at 6:00 but the socializing and snagging the best seating areas start well before that. Sutter Park Updates – April Will Bring Pricing!

Posted by on Mar 29, 2019 in East Sac, Sutter Park | 0 comments

We’ve got new updates on Sutter Park this morning! The builder has almost completed the cities approval process for the floor plans and they have their conditional public report from the Department of Real Estate. They will start building their onsite sales center and model homes in April and they should also release the official pricing in April! We will finally know what the Sutter Park Garden, Classic and Traditional Homes will cost! We’re very close now and I can’t wait to see the houses go up in here. I look forward to helping several clients with their purchase in one of the hottest new developments that I’ve ever seen.  What are your guesses on the pricing? I would love to hear other peoples thoughts in the comments....
